The artwork is an unrestricted donation to Pop-Ups For A Purpose and based on your personal tax situation, may be deducted as a tax-write off. The donation value is the original price or appraisal of the art work. Please keep a copy of form for your tax records. These donations are 100% tax-deductible and benefit Pop-Ups For A Purpose. Pop-Ups is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, EIN number 84-2829371.

Artist information, individual artwork, and biography may be used in promotion for the Art For All event and all information, including pictures, may be used by Pop-Ups For A Purpose in any and all marketing forms including but not limited to: website, social media, media, etc. as an evergreen campaign.
